In 1932, Ronald Reagan graduated from college. It was the bottom of the Depression. Unemployment in America was 24%.

Thanks to a conversation with a mentor that summer, by September, Reagan was on his way to spectacular career success. It didn't look like much to start - $5 to act as announcer at University of Iowa football games. But he was on track to do what he loved and what he was naturally good at.

Four times, Reagan's life slammed into a brick wall over the course of his life. Every time, he picked himself up, took time to appraise where his skills fit best and got back on the path to success.
